Mindfulness meditation is a validated secular practice widely used by medicine. It aims to combat stress, ruminations, impulsivity, insomnia, chronic pain, addictions, improves immunity and concentration and provides a sense of calm and balance. If the brain is stimulated, we have the ability to change its structure and activity; to create new neural circuits, to strengthen some and weaken others. This flexibility is called neuroplasticity.
Free discovery on Wednesdays at 10:30 am and Thursdays at 6:30 pm in the room koré studio on Mios as well as in GUJAN on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm and from 7 pm to 8 pm in the room Proviedanse
Practice support (50 e for 4 sessions) and meditation cycle all year long.
