A 1,937 sq ft house completely renovated in 2019 with its pool located in Mios (12.4 miles away from Arcachon) which can welcome up to 10 persons on 1 hectare of land. This rental is on the first floor, no neighbours ans all shops accessible by foot. You will find the bicycle path in front of the house and horses in this country and bucolic setting. Bed sheets and towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.
Inside there is a hall, a 753 sq ft opened kitchen with a living room, an office, a storeroom, a parental suite with a bathroom, 4 bedrooms, another bathroom and a separate toilet. The land accommodates horses on a separate plot. The advantage is that there is no neighbours but all shops are on foot. A discreet couple lives on the ground floor without any access nor sight on the pool-patio side during your stay.
